Customer is responsible for taking the umbrella down when winds reach unsafe conditions. Normal care and maintenance of products is required to insure years of problem free use. Should repairs be necessary within the warranty period, FiberBuilt Umbrellas, Inc. will replace or repair(at its discretion) the defective ribs at no extra charge. This warranty does not cover the umbrella pole, crank or tilt. This warranty does not cover acts of God, abuse, misuse, or any vandalism incurred to the umbrella frame after purchase, nor does it cover customer's own material.
